I was really happy with the selection and cost of what I bought.

But here’s the kicker: I needed it in a hurry since my dog was about to run out of food. I spoke to a friendly guy at The Natural Pet company who assured me it would arrive on time.

The first package got damaged during shipping, so they sent out a replacement. I shot them an email right away on Saturday, asking if they could speed up the delivery to the next business day, but I never got a response.

On Monday, I left a voicemail, but no one got back to me. I was just trying to find out when DHL would deliver, but they didn’t have any tracking info.

With no clue if it would show up on Tuesday or Wednesday and my dog’s food running low, I had to place another order with a different company, paying extra for next day delivery.

The shelves are packed with a variety of goodies for our furry friends. The products and services really made an impact on me, a four-legged buddy. You definitely won't regret visiting this pet shop.
